How do I open an account?

If you would like to open an account call us at (626) 915-4882 and we will FAX you a New Customer Package that you can fill out and FAX back to us.

How do I place an order?

The preferred method of ordering is by FAX, using our FAX order form. Orders may also be place by phone (626) 915-4882, or you may e-mail your order in to webmaster@sossigns.com. Please note that all orders received after 5PM will be received the following business day.

When will my sign go up/down?

Orders received before 5 pm Monday through Thursday are generally placed the following day (see your Office Manager for specific details on your account). Orders placed after 5pm, on Friday, or over a weekend or Holiday will be recieved the following business day. Special orders, Commercial, and "out of area" requests may take longer.

How do I know you got my order?

The preferred method of ordering is by FAX. Most FAX machines will print out a FAX conformation.

What if I have a specific question regarding my account?

You can call us direct at (626) 705-3782 if you need a question answered personally, or you can refer to your service agreement, which should cover most concerns.
