About Your Bill
When is my bill due?
Your bill is payable upon receipt and should be received by us before the 10th of every month.
If you question your bill call our office at (800) 694-7446 and leave a detailed message. A customer service representative will research the problem and return your call as soon as possible.
Customers are charged for lost posts to ensure they are ordered down in a timely manner. We do our best to recover the sign/post and will FAX you an incomplete order notice if we are unable to retrieve the sign/post.
